Outlanders focus more on snipers, farming, or their own abilities, like Phase Shift, or T.E.D.D.Y. Soldiers mostly focus on AR and Shotgun perks, as well as their own abilities, such as Shockwave or Grenades. There are also 4 different classes of heroes: Soldiers, Outlanders, Ninjas, and Constructors. This allows you to customize how you play, in so many different ways. If you use a hero as a commander, you will get the “+” version of that perk, which buffs it even more, but, if you use it as a support hero, it will only be normal. There is always a catch to the system, however, because, each hero has their own special perks, such as increased AR damage, etc.
Below that, you can have 5 support heroes to help boost your stats. Below that, you have the “team perk”, which are various perks that can buff you in different ways, and some require certain heroes. The first slot on a loadout is your “commander”. What is a hero loadout? A hero loadout is how you can customize the way you play. To equip a hero, you must go to the “hero loadouts” tab in the main menu. The hero you play as is known as the “commander”. Heroes are the “characters” that you play as in Save the World.
